Role Overview: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Join our healthcare support team and play a key role in managing the revenue cycle by ensuring timely and accurate claim resolutions.
Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to insurance providers for claim follow-ups and resolutions.
- Respond to patient queries related to billing and provide clear guidance.
- Work with internal departments to resolve claim discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all communications and claim statuses.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Freshers are welcome (Graduates from 2020 to 2025 with no backlogs).
- Life Science graduates are encouraged to apply.
- B.Tech/BE graduates are not eligible.
- Strong command of English communication (spoken and written).
- Positive analytical and logical reasoning skills.
