Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage branch credit operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Oversee loan processing, disbursement, and recovery processes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement effective strategies for business growth through cross-selling opportunities.

- Ensure timely reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delinquency rates, NPAs, etc.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to loan applications, documentation, and servicing.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in LAP/Mortgage industry with a strong background in branch operations.

- Proven track record of managing teams effectively to achieve targets and goals.

- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to adapt quickly to changing regulations.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
