Role Overview
The General Manager will hold full operational and commercial leadership of the business. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will execute company policies, achieve profitability targets, maintain service excellence, and lead a cross-functional team.
What you will do:

- Oversee all day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution
- Drive commercial growth, profitability, and sales targets
- Lead and mentor department managers across sales, marketing, operations, and HR
- Ensure full compliance with Employment Law and Data Protection standards
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors
- Promote a positive, welfare-focused workplace culture





What we' re looking for:

- Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Director, or Senior Manager (energy/distribution sector preferred)
- Robust commercial acumen with budget management and sales achievement track record
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (email, spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools)
- Practical knowledge of Employment Law and Data Protection regulations
- Excellent presentation, report-writing, and stakeholder communication skills
- Strategic vision with ability to translate directives into operational success
