Role & responsibilities
1- Lead and support HR operations across multiple plant and corporate locations, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practices.
2- Drive Contract Labour Management, including contractor compliance, manpower planning, contractor performance review, and adherence to statutory requirements.
3- Manage Industrial Relations (IR) by maintaining healthy employee relations, handling grievances, coordinating with work committees where applicable, and ensuring a positive industrial climate.
4- Ensure compliance with all applicable Labour Laws, Factory Act, CLRA, EPF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, and other statutory requirements through regular audits and monitoring.
5- Lead Compensation & Benefits (C&B;) activities, including salary benchmarking, annual compensation review, payroll governance, employee advantages administration, and policy implementation.
6- Coordinate with Plant HR teams to ensure timely statutory filings, labour inspections, licence renewals, compliance documentation, and closure of audit observations.
7- Support organizational restructuring, manpower planning, HR budgeting, and workforce productivity initiatives across multiple locations.
8- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks to strengthen governance and standardize HR practices.
9- Prepare and present HR dashboards, MIS, compliance reports, and management updates for senior leadership.
Preferred candidate profile
1- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Factory Act, Industrial Relations, and Statutory Compliance.
2- Hands-on experience in Contract Labour Management and labour inspections.
3- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across multiple locations.
