- Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing issues
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities in the system
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines

- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve disputes
Required Skills:
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
