< p> Role< /p> < p> We are looking for an Escalation Engineer to join our team in a hybrid capacity based in Bangalore, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Customer Support. The Escalation Engineer will provide world-class post-sales technical support to internal Level I Level II Support Engineers, as well as provide direct support to customers and partners on escalated issues, as part of an escalation team. You have a relentless focus on execution and a bias for action, delivering high-impact results quickly to win for the customer and the team.< /li> < /ul> < p> < strong> What We re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)< /strong> < /p> < ul> < li> 8+ years of experience as a Support Engineer or Senior Support Engineer supporting networking or web security products< /li> < li> Practical knowledge of networking and security products and enterprise network infrastructure< /li> < li> Experience troubleshooting network issues and familiarity with necessary tools such as Ping, Traceroute, and MTR< /li> < li> Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), Firewall, Switching, SSL, SWG, VPN, and VDN< /li> < li> Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Ubuntu and Python< /li> < /ul> < p> < strong> What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)< /strong> < /p> < ul> < li> Demonstrated experience with Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) or similar cloud security platforms, including TLS/SSL inspection and authentication flows< /li> < li> Proficiency in scripting for automation, productive troubleshooting, and reproducing complex customer environments< /li> < /ul>
