We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition function and drive end-to-end recruitment strategies across business units.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead recruitment for leadership and key roles, while managing a team of recruiters.
- Work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to bring in top talent that supports the company's goals.
- Design and drive recruitment strategies that align with business needs.
- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, ensuring timely and quality hiring delivery across functions.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Oversee recruitment metrics, dashboards,



and reporting to monitor team performance and hiring health.
- Manage vendor relationships and recruitment partners as needed.

Required Skills:

- 15+ years of overall experience and strong expertise of end-to-end recruitment processes in IT, product, or services organizations.
- Proven experience in leadership hiring, strategic sourcing, and team management.
- Hands-on expertise in using ATS, sourcing tools and qualified networks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and generate insights for continuous improvement.
