We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Associate to join our team in Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience driving business growth by managing branch relationships and collaborating with Axis Bank sellers.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with Axis Bank customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.




- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure long-term relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the life insurance industry and its products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
