The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency development and management, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth through agents.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth through agents.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new agents to increase sales and revenue.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.




- Provide training and support to agents to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in agency development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
