We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Associate to join our team in Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience driving business growth by managing branch relationships and collaborating with Axis Bank sellers.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Axis Bank customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.




- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and life insurance products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
