We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager - Elite Vertical in Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the insurance industry, with expertise in channel sales and distribution.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth through the agency channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and other stakeholders to increase sales and revenue.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
- Provide training and support to agents to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on sales performance,



providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution methods, including agent recruitment and development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
