We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency development and management, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth through agent recruitment and development.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective agency development strategies to drive business growth.
- Recruit, train, and develop agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agents to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agents to improve their skills and knowledge.




- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in agency development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its regulations.
