Roles and Responsibility

- Design and implement scalable and efficient CRM systems that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of CRM system designs and implementations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on current CRM systems.

Job Requirements
