We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager - Training in the Ecommerce department. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and maintain key relationships with digital sales partnerships through web aggregators and digital brokers.
- Manage ecommerce operations, including digital sales and partnership management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure success and inform future strategies.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in ecommerce or digital sales.
- Strong understanding of digital sales partnerships and web aggregators.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
