We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in the CAT - Loyalty department at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loyalty programs and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in existing loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch recent products and services that align with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of loyalty programs, making recommendations for optimization.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with loyalty programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.




- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful loyalty programs.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working in a similar industry or role is preferred.
