We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer to join our team in the CAT - Loyalty department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loyalty programs and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in existing loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and services that align with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of loyalty programs, making recommendations for optimization.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with loyalty programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners,



and internal teams.
