We are looking for a skilled Cluster Manager to lead our Bancassurance team and drive business targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management with Circle and Branch Heads, and be able to manage a large cluster to achieve Axis Bank's business objectives.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and develop relationships with Circle and Branch Heads to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets and expand the customer base.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to meet their goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role,



preferably in insurance or banking.
- Strong understanding of the bancassurance industry and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
