We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Project to join our team at RUCKUS Networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and be able to lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and designers.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting project timelines or budgets.
- Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders.





Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with project management software and tools such as Agile/Scrum frameworks.
