Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native solutions across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in application architecture, cloud technologies, data engineering, and modern software development practices. This role requires strong technical leadership to define architectural standards, ensure engineering excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing, and resilient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture Technical Leadership

- Design and define scalable, secure, and high-performance solution architectures for enterprise applications.
- Provide architectural guidance across Data Engineering (ETL), Backend Services, Compute Infrastructure, Microservices, and Frontend integrations.
- Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges and provide architectural direction for critical production issues.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architecture improvements aligned with business objectives.

Architecture Governance

- Establish and enforce architectural standards, design principles, and engineering best practices.
- Review solution designs and code to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, scalability, and performance requirements.
- Drive technical governance through architecture reviews, design validations, and quality assurance.

Cloud Platform Architecture

- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
- Define architecture for containerized and microservices-based applications using Kubernetes and Docker.




- Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Act as the primary technical advisor across Product, Engineering, Data, DevOps, QA, and external development partners.
- Drive architectural discussions and resolve cross-functional technical dependencies.
- Mentor engineering teams on architectural patterns, design decisions, and technology best practices.

Delivery Technical Oversight

- Provide architectural oversight throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure technical deliverables align with architectural vision and enterprise standards.
- Support backlog prioritization, technical documentation, release planning, and production readiness.

Risk Dependency Management

- Identify architectural risks, technical debt, and cross-platform dependencies early in the project lifecycle.
- Develop mitigation strategies and communicate technical risks effectively to Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical concepts into transparent, actionable recommendations for leadership.

Engineering Excellence

- Promote best practices in software architecture, code quality, security, observability, and performance optimization.
- Guide teams in implementing scalable, maintainable,



and resilient systems.
- Contribute to Agile delivery, technical roadmaps, and OKR planning.

Required Qualifications

- Strong expertise in application architecture, cloud platforms, and modern software development practices.
- Experience leading architecture reviews, mentoring engineering teams, and driving technical governance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Azure Certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent).
- Experience architecting large-scale data platforms and ETL solutions.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled platforms and enterprise analytics solutions.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, resilience, and performance engineering.
