1. Responsible for leading the maintenance department and managing the mechanical, electrical and electronic maintenance of plant machineries & utility equipments.
2. Responsible for executing and records keeping of the plant machine Daily/Weekly/ Monthly & Annual health checkup, preventive & corrective maintenance along with RCA of any repeated breakdown.
3. Responsible to keep track of Key consumables, Standby critical Spares stock against set min. safety stock / ROL stock at all times to keep machines uptime.
4. Look for value engineering, and devising methods and tools equipment to support in production as well as quality of our product.
5. Strategizing plant maintenance procedures and implementation of the same with the help of the team Preventive Maintenance to keep all the machines in robust and up condition.
6. Responsive maintenance to the breakdowns in earliest possible time as to minimize downtime & maximize the uptime.

Make Annual maintenance Budget plan with the basis of last / current year actual consumption records.
8. Maintain the records, SOP’s, Work Instructions in the department to guide all in the maintenance Team.
9. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers; make annual service contracts for critical utilities.
10. Maintain Downtime report Machine/Equipment wise, also the cost of maintenance on each equipment. Provide MIS and necessary reports as desired by the Management.
11. Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates and resolve issues.
12. Propose and implement cost saving projects.
13. Self-observations to improve engineering standard & follow best practices.

Preference will be given to candidate working with Packaging (Corrugation) / Packaging Industry.
