Job Description

We are hiring a Production Engineer / Production Supervisor for our manufacturing plant. The candidate should have experience independently handling assembly line production, manpower allocation, production planning, shift management, quality, safety, ERP entries, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and achieve daily production targets in coordination with PPC.
- Manage manpower allocation for the production shift.
- Monitor hourly production and resolve bottlenecks.




- Handle assembly line operations independently.
- Maintain quality standards and production documentation.
- Ensure timely ERP entries.
- Implement 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and motivate shop-floor employees.
- Ensure safety and compliance with QMS & EMS.
