Land Identification & Surveying

- Assist in identifying land parcels that meet project requirements for real estate development.
- Conduct field visits across Odisha and other States to evaluate land suitability and support survey teams in gathering relevant data.

Documentation & Legal Compliance

- Coordinate the preparation of required documentation, agreements, and records to facilitate land acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with Odisha land laws, government policies, and applicable regulations, working with legal teams as necessary.

Negotiations & Stakeholder Management

- Support negotiations with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable acquisition terms.




- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with local authorities, government officials, and community leaders across Odisha.

Coordination & Reporting

- Work closely with project, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment of land acquisition activities with project timelines.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on acquisition status, challenges encountered, and resolutions achieved.

Risk Mitigation

- Identify potential risks associated with land acquisition and support the development of strategies to address these issues effectively.
