Aviation Manager to oversee all aspects of corporate aircraft operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and seamless flight operations while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, service, and operational excellence. The role requires strong stakeholder management, contract administration, and the ability to manage high-profile VIP movements with discretion and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Aircraft / Charter Operations

- Lead end-to-end corporate aircraft operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and seamless execution of all flights.

- Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations, international aviation standards, and company policies.

- Coordinate flight planning, scheduling, crew deployment, ground handling, fueling, permits, and slot management.

- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Aviation Management

- Manage day-to-day aviation activities to ensure operational readiness and business continuity.

- Establish and maintain high standards of operational execution, safety, and service quality.

- Coordinate with pilots, maintenance teams, airport authorities, and aviation service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Stakeholder &

- Promoter Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, promoters, and external aviation partners.

- Act as the primary point of contact for aviation-related requirements and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.





- Deliver exceptional service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

VIP &

- Executive Movement

- Plan and manage seamless movement of promoters, senior executives, VIPs, and business guests.

- Ensure personalized travel experiences with strict adherence to safety, security, and confidentiality protocols.

- Coordinate logistics for high-profile visits and special missions.

Contract &

- AMC Management

- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service agreements with OEMs, MROs, charter operators, and aviation vendors.

- Monitor vendor performance, service quality, contract compliance, and commercial terms.

- Support contract negotiations, renewals, and cost optimization initiatives.

Operational Excellence

- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across aviation functions.

- Develop and monitor operational KPIs, service levels, and compliance metrics.

- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and audit readiness.

Desired Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- Skilled aviation certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 8 to 15 years of experience in corporate aviation, aircraft operations, or aviation management.

- Proven experience managing business jet operations, VIP movements, aviation contracts, and stakeholder relationships.

- Experience working with promoters, CXOs, or family office aviation operations is preferred.
