You'll design and build automation workflows that eliminate manual work across our marketing and sales operations. You connect tools (CRM, email, ads, sheets, landing pages, payment gateways) so they talk to each other without human intervention. Every workflow you build saves real hours. You measure that.

What You'll Own

- Build Zapier and Make (Integromat) workflows for marketing and sales processes
- Connect: CRM (HubSpot/GoHighLevel), email platforms, Meta Ads, Google Sheets, landing page builders, payment processors
- Automate lead capture, scoring, routing, and follow-up sequences
- Build approval flows, internal notification systems, task triggers
- Create auto-updating dashboards (Google Sheets, Looker Studio)
- Document every workflow clearly so anyone on the team can understand and edit it
- Test, debug, and maintain automations as tools update
- Identify current automation opportunities monthly (proactively, not when asked)

Must-Have (Non-Negotiable):
- 6+ months hands-on workflow automation experience (Zapier and/or Make required)
- Portfolio of 2–3 complex automations with descriptions (what they do,



tools involved, time saved)
- Understands API connections and data flow between tools
- Logic-first mindset — can debug automation errors systematically
- Proficiency with HubSpot/GHL, Google Sheets, and email platforms
- Gathers requirements clearly from non-technical people
- Documents everything
- Hindi or English fluent

Good to Have:
- GoHighLevel (GHL) automation experience
- Advanced Make (multi-step, error handling, routers)
- Python or basic coding knowledge
- No-code tools (Airtable, Retool, Bubble)
- Google Sheets advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA)
- API documentation reading ability
- Payment gateway integration experience
