- Develop and modify architectural 3D BIM models and detailed drawings using Revit.
- Prepare construction drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailing.
- Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams to ensure clash-free project execution.
- Maintain BIM models in compliance with ISO 19650 and project standards.
- Generate schedules, quantity take-offs, and project documentation from Revit models.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, Lumion/Enscape, and MS Office is required.
