NWe are seeking a talentedAssistant Project Manager to manage multiple complex projects and ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.

NYou will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project. The Technical Project Manager will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks, communicating project status and progress to senior management and stakeholders, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

NRoles and Responsibilities:

- Managing multipleprojects and working with team leads to scope complex projects.
N
- Perform project reviewson a consistent basis to ensure project delivery is on time and on budget.
N
- Manage resources and personnel management aspects of the team.
N
- Liaise closely with business teams including taking briefs and providing status reports.
N
- Follow best project management practices alongside SDLC processes, using Agile, Scrum & traditional methodologies.
N
- Monitor SDLC, includingrequirement/s gathering, analysis and design, development & testing.
N
- Review individual and team job reports on a weekly basis and proactively raise any issues, such as cost variations, with management.
N
- Responsible for the construction, presentation, and signoffs of key deliverables such as Project Plans, Project Schedule.
N
- Facilitating planning sessions at various stages of the project lifecycle.
N
- Work with a mixed bag of software engineers/developers/testers/technical writers with varying experiences to meet timely delivery in a dynamic business setting.

- Manage relationship between FCI development team/s, client and vendors for multiple projects.
N
- Work with production teams to create appropriate production schedules.

- Project Management: The ability to manage multiple projects, work with team leads to scope complex projects, perform project reviews on a consistent basis, and ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.

- Technical Skills: Experience in managing web development and integration projects using Java, Angular, Node, and other related technologies. Understanding of SDLC processes and project estimation techniques.

- Agile Methodologies: Experience working with and training others on Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
N
- People Management: The ability to manage resources and personnel management aspects of the team. Build high- performing teams, mentor team members, and build a strong second line.
N
- Communication: Excellent customer interfacing skills, ability to interact with senior leadership teams from IT and Business in the customer organization.

Able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Planning and Organization: The ability to facilitate planning sessions at various stages of the project lifecycle. Responsible for the construction, presentation, and signoffs of key deliverables such as Project Plans, Project Schedule, Project Status Review and Risk registers.

nRequirements

nDesired Candidate profile:

N

n
- At least 4+ of experience in IT project management, of which 4+ should be in an Assistant Project Manager role in a mid-sized software development company.
N
- Prior experience in development will be preferred.
N
- Proven experience in managing web development and integration projects using Java, Angular, Node, and other related technologies.
N
- Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery lifecycle and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) estimation technique.
N
- Experience with delivery within distributed teams, defining and implementing delivery processes, and handling a mix of project types and technologies.
