Role Description The Asst Manager – Accounts & Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliation. The role involves preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, monitoring cash flow, and supporting internal controls and compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Manager will coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, timely statutory filings, and adherence to company policies. The role also includes supporting management with financial analysis, cost control initiatives, and providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of core accounting principles, including ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.





Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities.

Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including use of spreadsheets, formulas, and financial analysis tools.

Attention to detail, accuracy in data management, and ability to maintain organized financial records.

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities in a agile environment.

Bachelor’s /Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Prior experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or R&D-driven; organizations is beneficial.
