Position
Overview- We are looking for a BIM Structural Draftsman with 5+ years of experience in structural drafting for RCC and Steel Structure projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on US/International structural projects, along with strong expertise in AutoCAD, structural detailing, and drafting standards.
Experience with Revit Structure and BIM workflows will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities Prepare structural floor plans, framing plans, and General Arrangement (GA) drawings.
Develop structural sections and construction details for RCC and steel structures.
Interpret structural design calculations and engineer markups accurately.
Prepare high-quality structural drawings in compliance with project standards.
Coordinate with structural engineers and BIM teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
Deliver project outputs within project deadlines while maintaining drafting quality.
Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in structural drafting.
Hands-on experience working on U.S. structural projects is mandatory.
Strong experience in RCC and Steel Structure projects.
Proficiency in preparing
Structural Floor Plans
Framing Plans
General Arrangement (GA) Drawings
Structural Sections
Construction Details
Valuable understanding of structural engineering concepts, terminology, and drafting standards.
Ability to interpret structural design calculations and engineer markups accurately.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting tools.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality drawings within project deadlines.
Preferred Skills Exposure to Revit Structure, AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
Experience working in multidisciplinary BIM project environments.
