Role: Associate Video Editor We are looking for a strong hands-on editor who can take raw footage, animatics, cinematic renders, voice-overs, music and graphics through to polished final videos. The role suits someone with solid narrative editing judgement, strong finishing discipline and the ability to manage correction-heavy production work without losing track of quality or versions.

Roles and Responsibilities Edit story-driven, educational, promotional and short-form video content from first assembly to final delivery.

Work with raw footage, animatic outputs, cinematic renders, voice-overs, music,



sound effects, subtitles and on-screen graphics.

Build clear pacing, continuity, visual storytelling and emotional tone while accurately synchronising visuals, narration, dialogue and music.

Handle animatic edits, 3D cinematic edits, correction passes, and final delivery edits.

Perform colour correction, basic grading, audio cleanup, transitions, titling, subtitles, lower-thirds and basic motion-graphics work.

Maintain version control, project-file organisation, correction logs, approvals and delivery deadlines across multiple edits.

Check final outputs for black frames, audio or subtitle mismatch, spelling errors, incorrect cuts, missing assets, render glitches and export issues.

Deliver the correct resolution, aspect ratio, codec, naming convention and platform format every time.

Work closely with creative leads, storyboard and animatic artists, 3D/cinematic teams, production coordinators and QA.

Support cutdowns, trailers, promos, shorts and alternate-format exports when required.

What We

Need 3–5 years of professional video-editing experience with a robust, relevant portfolio.

Strong working ability in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus Adobe After Effects for basic motion graphics, compositing or text animation.

Good judgement in pacing, continuity, visual storytelling, audio sync and edit rhythm.

Comfortable editing Hindi and English voice-over-led content; able to identify obvious subtitle, spelling and sync issues.

Familiar with colour correction, audio clean-up, codecs, exports and delivery specifications.

Strong file organisation, version-control habits and ability to take structured feedback.

Experience in animation, VFX, 3D/cinematic, e-learning or content-production pipelines is an advantage.
