Key Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end support for tax-related customer queries through phone, email, and other support channels.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

- Handle customer escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.

- Ensure adherence to service quality standards and defined SLAs.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Required Skills &

Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in Tax Customer Support.





- Proven experience in direct client handling and customer relationship management.

- Strong experience in managing customer escalations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, client-centric environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office and customer support tools is preferred.

Work Schedule

- Location: Onsite – Trivandrum (TVM)

- Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

- May–November: Monday to Friday

- December–April: Six-day work week with a rotational weekly off
