Analyse quality data with focus on issues, claims and other performance data to drive business decision on corrective actions to be prioritised and preventive actions. Drive problem understanding and communication with Clusters and central functions to secure rapid issue resolution.
What you will do
- Capture, drive and decide on compensation to customer claims in compliance with Claim Policy (low to medium complexity)
- Facilitate information to stakeholders on Technical Issues and claims. Ensure correct internal cost allocation.
- Secure data quality in Technical Issues, Consolidation, Claims and Market owned documents. Ensure correct Consolidation of Technical Issues
- Assess technical data and highlight trends and/or outliers to propose actions
- Analyze and identify process gaps to propose improvement actions
- Identify and take action to meet KPI targets
- Deliver basic claim training to organisation
- PSM Proficient knowledge,
good understanding of company processes (such as Installation to Performance, technical issue management, and Accident Incident) and works efficiently with company tools
We believe you have
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in customer claim management.
- Strong analytical skills and a well-organized approach to problem solving.
- Ability to analyze recurring issues and identify root causes.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across functions, with the ability to work independently.
