Key Responsibilities

Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding

Identify and shortlist new vendors across décor, venues, F&B;, entertainment, logistics, photography, makeup, etc.

Evaluate vendor quality, portfolio, pricing, and service capabilities

Negotiate commercials, terms, and partnership agreements

Onboard vendors and ensure complete documentation Vendor Relationship Management

Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing vendors

Act as the point of contact for vendor communication and issue resolution

Conduct performance evaluations and feedback sessions

Ensure adherence to The Wedding Company’s standards and service levels Operational Coordination

Align vendor offerings with client event needs and internal planning teams

Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and logistics for events

Manage vendor escalations or last-minute challenges during event execution

Ensure vendors follow budgets, timelines, and agreed-upon commitments Data Management & Reporting

Maintain updated vendor database, rate cards, and contracts

Track KPIs for vendor performance, cost efficiency, and service reliability

Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management

Ensure accurate documentation of all vendor agreements and communication Required Skills & Competencies

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Understanding of the wedding/events/hospitality ecosystem

Ability to multitask and perform under deadlines

Solid analytical, documentation, and coordination skills

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets,



and CRM tools Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
