:

Experience Required:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) with a focus on billing and cash app.
- Hands-on experience in multiple AR processes (e.g., collections, cash application, deductions, reconciliations)
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Credit Management and Collections procedures
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Valuable customer handling skills

Eequired Skills

- 2-3 years of cash postings experience.
- Knowledge of Billing and dispute procedures
- Experience with QuickBooks a plus

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

- Process and generate accurate invoices in a timely manner based on contract terms and agreements.
- Cash Application - Apply cash timely and accurately.
- Validate billing data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.




- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure proper documentation and timely resolution of billing-related queries.
- Reconcile AR accounts and ensure payments are accurately recorded in the system.
- Assist in cash application, following up on outstanding payments, and resolving disputes.
- Prepare and maintain AR aging reports, identify overdue accounts, and assist in collection efforts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR and billing.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines and ensure operational efficiency.

Work Environment:

Working Days: US Shift/ 5 Days working (Monday to Friday)

Shift : Night Shift (05:30 PM to 02:30 AM) or as per client requirement

Work form office, one side cab (from office to home).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
