This means getting fluent across debt products — venture debt, working capital, structured credit, leasing, factoring etc. and knowing what fits where.

→ Prior exposure to credit underwriting, term sheet negotiation, and deal execution

→ CA Rank Holder/ Tier1 MBA (IIM) → Solid written communication — memos, IC notes, deal narratives

→ Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously

→ Comfortable using AI tools — we use them for deal analysis, early screening, and improving conversion. Tech-savviness is a must.
