Job Responsibilities
- Monitor brand mentions, conversations, hashtags, and industry trends across social media platforms.
- Track client campaigns in real time and identify emerging conversations, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Analyze customer sentiment (positive, negative, and neutral) and identify recurring themes, pain points, and audience preferences.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly social listening reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports while maintaining data integrity and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- 1+ year of experience in Social Listening, ORM, or Digital Analytics within a digital marketing agency.
- Hands-on experience with social listening tools
