We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and analytical Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our growing product team. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience who are eager to build impactful digital products, solve customer problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, analyze user feedback, and contribute to the end-to-end product development lifecycle.

Collaborate with senior Product Managers to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Gather and document business and product requirements through stakeholder discussions and user research.

Write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities.

Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, business goals, and data insights.





Monitor product performance using key metrics and recommend improvements.

Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.

Analyze user feedback, product usage data, and business metrics to improve customer experience.

Prepare product documentation, presentations, and stakeholder updates.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Good understanding of the product development lifecycle.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
