MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of experience in private equity, private credit, or investment banking
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and credit analysis
- Top-tier undergraduate degree / MBA / CA or equivalent preferred

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a leading Asia-focused alternative investment platform with robust capabilities across private equity, credit, and real assets, focusing on strategic investments and value creation across high-growth sectors.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead end-to-end execution of private credit transactions including deal sourcing, evaluation, structuring, and closing
- Build and review advanced financial models (LBO, DCF, credit models) and perform detailed investment analysis
- Prepare and present investment committee (IC) memos and investment recommendations
- Drive due diligence processes, including coordination with legal, financial, and technical advisors




- Support deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction documentation
- Manage portfolio companies/assets, track performance, and identify value creation opportunities
- Engage with sponsors, developers, and senior stakeholders across transactions

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- 3–6 years of experience in private equity, private credit, or investment banking
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and credit analysis

Experience in deal execution and transaction lifecycle management

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Prior exposure to real estate or structured credit transactions is preferred
