Must have Skills : Python (Strong), Good To Have Skills : , : Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI). Design and manage databases and data access layers with performance and data integrity in mind. Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

Use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for: Code generation and refactoring Bug fixing and optimization Writing unit tests and documentation Integrate backend systems with frontend applications and third-party services. Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies. Support deployments, monitoring, and issue resolution in cloud / containerized environments.

Qualifications

Requirements

Experience : 9 -12 Years

Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong hands-on experience in Python development with expertise in Django, Flask, or Fast API frameworks.

Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs for enterprise applications.

Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, data Modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.

Knowledge of secure coding standards, testing methodologies,



and code quality practices.

Experience with cloud platforms and containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools.

Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code with unit and integration testing.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, code reviews, and collaborative software development practices.

Solid problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python and related frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Design and manage database structures, data access layers, and ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance.

Implement robust authentication, authorization, and security controls across backend applications.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, optimization, testing, and documentation activities.

Integrate backend systems with frontend applications, third-party services, and enterprise platforms.

Write high-quality, reusable, and testable code following established coding standards and best practices.

Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving development processes and engineering standards.

Develop and execute unit tests, support quality assurance activities, and ensure application reliability.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Support application deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in cloud and containerized environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance, automation, reliability, and development efficiency.
