We’re looking for a problem-solver with 2–4 years of experience who thrives in ambiguity, loves data-driven storytelling, and wants to see their work create tangible impact. As an APM, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape user journeys, define clear product requirements, and contribute to launching meaningful digital solutions—especially for underserved markets like rural India or financial inclusion.
Requirements
· 2–4 years of experience in digital product roles—fintech, banking, or agri-tech is a plus.
· Strong in creating PRDs, user stories, and collaborating with design, tech, and business teams.
· Hands-on with SQL, Excel, and familiar with tools like JIRA, GA, Figma.
· Exposure to customer onboarding, lending journeys, or user engagement flows is a bonus.
· Analytical mindset with a bias for execution and structured problem-solving.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
