Role Description The Associate Partner role is a full-time position based in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

The Associate

Partner will lead and support client engagements across corporate strategy, capital structuring, and technology-enabled transformation, working closely with senior leadership and external partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and testing strategic hypotheses,



building financial and commercial analyses, preparing investment and board-level materials, and coordinating transaction and project workstreams involving multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions. The role will also involve originating and nurturing client relationships, contributing to sector-specific insights (e.g., AI, infrastructure, healthcare, logistics), and ensuring disciplined execution against agreed deliverables and timelines.

The Associate

Partner will mentor team members, uphold high standards of discretion and professional ethics, and help refine Cleaffer’s methodologies, tools, and knowledge base.

Qualifications

- Strong background in corporate and strategic advisory, including experience in market entry, operating models, partnerships, and management transformation.
- Expertise in funds and capital-related work, such as capital readiness assessment, debt and equity structuring, transaction coordination, and engagement with capital providers.
- Exposure to technology-driven initiatives, including technology strategy, AI-enabled transformation, and digital execution in complex environments.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, commercial analysis, and preparation of investment memoranda, board presentations, and client-ready documentation.
- Experience working across multiple sectors, ideally including energy and infrastructure, data centers, natural resources, real estate and logistics, healthcare, defense, and F&B.;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder, cross-border projects with clear deliverables, timelines, and accountability.
