Purpose/Objective

Adani GCC is seeking an experienced and outcome-driven Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives across multiple business functions.

The role requires expertise in stakeholder management, strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements while maintaining a superior candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral, leadership, niche, and volume hiring requirements.

- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and salary negotiations.
- Drive the interview process, coordinate stakeholder interactions, and ensure timely feedback closure.
- Manage offer rollouts, pre-joining engagement, onboarding coordination, and candidate experience initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring metrics.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, documentation requirements, BGV,



and onboarding processes.
- Lead campus hiring, diversity hiring, and employer branding initiatives.
- Drive process improvements and recruitment automation to enhance hiring efficiency.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for critical and future hiring requirements.
- Collaborate with HRBP, Compensation, and Business Teams to facilitate seamless hiring operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Management will be an added advantage. Desired Experience - 8-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Staffing.

- Proven experience in handling mid-level to senior-level hiring.
- Experience in GCC, Shared Services, Corporate Functions, IT, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, or HR hiring.
- Exposure to Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and handling high-volume recruitment mandates
