The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing HR data and creating insightful dashboards to support workforce planning, employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, as well as predictive analytics. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and a deep understanding of people practices to drive data-informed decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights that support workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize key HR metrics.
- Develop comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Conduct advanced analytics to support DEI initiatives and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analytics activities.




- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and people practices.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong understanding of people practices and HR analytics.
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Experience with MySQL and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced analytical skills, including experience with Python for data analysis.

Qualifications
