- Maintain electrical infrastructure: HT line, GO DO system, transformer, distribution boards, power cables, safety systems, fixtures, earthing pits, and MVSB panel.
- Oversee captive power generation systems (Solar & DG sets).
- Maintain utilities equipment: UPS, air compressors, fans, pumps, motors, EPABX & telephones.
- Provide support for electrical and mechanical requirements at designated locations.
- Monitor and regulate water supply and drainage/sewage systems.
- Ensure timely maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Maintain and regulate fire safety and access control systems.
- Keep accurate records of power & water consumption and maintenance schedules for audits.
- Execute wiring, cabling, and installation of electrical appliances for modifications and improvements.
- Attend shift complaints and perform power changeovers as required.
