Role Description The Associate Logistics Co-ordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, including planning and monitoring the movement of milk and dairy products from farms to processing units, warehouses, and distribution points.

The Associate Logistics

Co-ordinator will track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and ensure on-time,



accurate dispatches while maintaining product quality and safety standards. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, vendors, transport partners, and customer service to resolve delays, address issues, and optimize routes and resources. The position also includes maintaining records, supporting inventory controls, assisting in supply chain planning, and contributing to continuous improvement of logistics processes in line with Akshayakalpa’s sustainability and quality goals.

Qualifications

Roles and Responsibilities: Work timing 5 AM to 3 PM ➢ End to End live tracking (Temp & GPS) on below. ✓ Cross dock return vehicle

✓ Cross dock day routes HLA & Retail drop

✓ Post primary dispatch tracking every 30 minutes & publishing in respective groups.

✓ Tire -2 city ➢ If system break downs coordinate with the vendor and getting the trouble shoots done in right time ➢ Creating the Mojro routes for all tier-2 & west trips.

➢ Coordinate with dock team & capture daily below data. ✓ Capturing the Odo meters reading for all tier 2 & west dispatch (Opening & Closing) ✓ Compiling the Primary & secondary vehicle movement data for a across 3 cities ➢ Day routes vendor wise vehicle movement data for a across 3 cities (monthly billing purpose)
