: Endpoint Management and Collaboration Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Management and Collaboration Administrator with hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Windows Autopilot. The role is responsible for managing endpoint administration across Windows, macOS, and iOS environments, ensuring secure device compliance, seamless application deployment, efficient provisioning, and reliable collaboration room operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical troubleshooting skills, policy administration experience, and a proactive approach to endpoint performance, user experience, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Intune Administration

- Manage and deploy applications, patches, and updates across enterprise devices
- Plan and implement operating system updates and upgrade strategies for Windows endpoints
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Intune
- Monitor device health, compliance, and performance metrics
- Administer roles, permissions, and Mobile Device Management policies

Jamf Management

- Administer and support macOS and iOS devices using Jamf Pro
- Design, implement, and maintain configuration profiles and device policies
- Manage software deployment, patching, and device inventory
- Test and validate beta versions of macOS updates before enterprise rollout
- Ensure Apple device management aligns with organizational standards and compliance requirements

Microsoft Teams Rooms Administration

- Manage Microsoft Teams Rooms setups and related meeting room technologies
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and end-user experience for meeting room environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to meeting room devices
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support,



service requests, and escalations
- Perform daily health checks and proactive monitoring to minimize service disruptions

Windows Autopilot Deployment

- Configure and manage Windows Autopilot deployment profiles
- Oversee provisioning and deployment of current endpoint devices
- Ensure smooth integration of Autopilot with Microsoft Intune and organizational policies
- Support standardized and effective onboarding of endpoint devices across the enterprise

Endpoint Compliance and Support Operations

- Monitor endpoint compliance across the organization on a monthly basis
- Handle helpdesk escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
- Maintain documentation, reports, and operational records for endpoint management activities
- Support continuous improvement in endpoint administration and end-user computing operations

Required Skills and Competencies

- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune administration
- Positive working knowledge of Jamf Pro for macOS and iOS device management
- Experience in managing Microsoft Teams Rooms and collaboration device environments
- Knowledge of Windows Autopilot provisioning and deployment processes
- Strong understanding of endpoint compliance, patching, software deployment, and device lifecycle management
- Ability to troubleshoot endpoint, device policy, and collaboration platform issues effectively
- Knowledge of MDM policies, roles, permissions, and security controls




- Strong documentation, reporting, and operational tracking skills
- Ability to manage escalations, coordinate with vendors, and support critical issue resolution
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Endpoint Management, Modern Desktop Administration, or Apple device management will be an advantage
- Experience in enterprise endpoint administration and collaboration tools support preferred

Experience

- Proven experience in endpoint management across Windows, macOS, and iOS environments
- Experience in application deployment, patch management, compliance monitoring, and device provisioning
- Hands-on experience in collaboration room support and enterprise meeting room administration
- Experience in helpdesk escalation handling and operational support within enterprise IT environments
