Role Description we need to hire a Associate II- Engineering Design.

Mandatory: IC Engines proficiency, Engine management system, sensor and actuators overview, SCR, Controller functionality, Engine and Vehicle calibration, Automotive diagnosis, Basic know-how on EGT functionality, Calibration project coordination, documentation on MS word, Excel and power point and English language proficiency Advantage: Calibration tool INCA, Matlab scripting & Basic software programming, Dataset management tools (iCDM, vCDM), Uniplot & DOE tool usage And Vehicle driving skill with valid license Calibration project management tasks execution and documentation as per the defined Calibration Process Library for the specific engine/vehicle control unit based on the project requirements) Execute & releases projects as per project agreement

Ensure Project release as per spec, time and budget

Process adherence as defined in the Calibration Process Library

Organize Calibration RASIC meetings, Effort estimation meetings and finalize the same

Dataset Management in iCDM & vCDM

Dataset Releases internally and to Customers

Dataset porting to current Software

Calibration reports review

Calibration budget tracking

Periodic Timeline reviews

KPI definition meetings, tracking and co-ordination

OPL tracking and handling

Presentations for Regular Project Review meetings

Documentation as required for Series / Production Release

Component Management,



Vehicle and Test Track scheduling / organizing & tracking

Coordination with internal cross-functional teams and customer

Travel to customer location for Project Meetings and Calibration Review

Travel to various extreme locations for expedition trails (Summer, Winter, Altitude etc)

Strict adherence to compliance requirements

Good understanding of Engines (Diesel/Gasoline/CNG…) and exhaust gas after-treatment systems

Basic understanding of Engine management system, overview of sensors and actuators

Usage of tools like INCA, MDA, Uniplot, Matlab etc.

Good communication skills, Pro-active and enterprising approach to work in time constrained environment

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Willingness to relocate or travel as part of calibration project management activity

Quick in understanding technical relations and consequences

Good driving skills for vehicle calibration reviews (valid DL)

Review calibration development reports for work-packages responsible

Calibration review with calibration functional experts

Field data analysis and report creation

Calibration data and status update in ICDM & VCDM

Support for calibration efficiency improvements and innovation
