1. Maintain Station Outage within AOP

Under the oversight & guidance of Head-MMD, drive the maintenance activities implementing CAPA, ATR points having technical merits in Boiler & Auxiliaries. Implement preventive & innovative ideas for reduction of Boilers forced outage.

2. Optimize Boiler and Auxiliaries Maint. Cost (Excl. COH) within budget and target for 10% reduction.

Optimization of Boiler & Aux inventory, Spares Cost Control, minimization of lubricant wastage, Reverse engineering, current vendor development & Indigenization of OEM Spares, In-house Repairing and minimizing wastages.

3. Execute Improved Maintenance Practices and Maintain Equipment Availability > 95%.

Establish improved maintenance practices ensuring 100% PM Schedule adherence, 100% Adherence to Corrective Actions suggested by CBM, >95% Notification compliance and Implement critical action points of technical merit from RCA of major equipment failures.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering,

NDT Level certification, Welding Inspector.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

15+ Total Years of Experience in Mechanical Maintenance of Boiler & Auxiliaries in Thermal Power Plant, with 5+ Years of relevant Experience in Leading the Boiler Mechanical Maintenance function of a Thermal Power Plant of size 300 MW and above. Must have executed efficiency improvement plans in Boiler & Auxiliaries and Rotary Equipments.
