Role Description The Associate Full Stack Engineer will work on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications across both front-end and back-end components. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building APIs and services, integrating databases, and ensuring performance, scalability, and security of applications. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, conducting code reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of the codebase and development processes.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai,



requiring close teamwork and active participation in sprint planning, stand-ups, and technical discussions.

Qualifications

Front-end development skills including HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

Strong JavaScript/TypeScript with a contemporary framework (React or similar) and a backend runtime (Node or Python).

Comfort with relational data, REST APIs, Webs Socket, gRPC, and version control.

Back-end web development skills with experience in server-side frameworks and API design.

Full-stack development capability combining front-end and back-end work within modern web architectures.

Software development skills encompassing coding best practices, debugging, testing, and version control.

Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), RESTful services, and integration with third-party APIs.

Understanding of secure coding practices and basic principles of application security and scalability.

Ability to collaborate in an on-site team, communicate clearly, and manage tasks in an agile environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Partner with AI and DevOps engineers to take features from prototype to production.

Interest in AI-driven products and financial, e-commerce, or cybersecurity domains is an advantage.
