Role Description The Associate Founder internship is a remote role that supports strategic and operational initiatives across SeedAxis’s portfolio of clients and internal ventures. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitor research, assisting with idea validation and business case development, and contributing to capability-building strategies for startups and scaleups.

Founder will help prepare presentations and proposals, support client delivery teams with structured documentation and project coordination, and participate in workshops or discovery sessions.



The role also involves collaborating with senior leaders on special projects, gathering and analyzing data to inform decisions, and helping refine internal processes and playbooks to improve scalability and transparency.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and research abilities, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and structured problem-solving.

Foundational understanding of business, startups, or technology, with interest in capability building, global delivery, and operations.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise reports, presentations, and documentation.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

Comfort with digital tools for collaboration and data analysis (e.g., productivity suites, project management platforms, basic spreadsheets).

Demonstrated curiosity, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn in a quick-paced, high-growth environment.

Relevant academic background or practical experience in business, entrepreneurship, engineering, technology, or related fields is beneficial.

Interest in global markets and cross-cultural work; prior exposure to startup ecosystems or consulting environments is a plus.
