Ericsson is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Domain Support Specialist to join our technical support team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing our technical infrastructure and service delivery capabilities.
What you will do:
Identifying and resolving technical issues across our domain infrastructure
Providing timely responses to technical challenges and service interruptions
Managing routine resource allocation and provisioning requests
Delivering hands-on technical assistance when required
Organizing, managing, and conducting both proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure system health
Successfully executing and implementing change requests while maintaining service quality
Service Delivery & Testing: Contributing to the delivery and testing of services and resources while ensuring optimal operational efficiency

Required Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems
Basic understanding of Shell Scripting (Bash) for automation and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Linux commands, file systems, process management, networking, and log analysis
Basic understanding of Intelligent Network (IN) concepts and telecom protocols
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, and networking fundamentals
Basic understanding of incident management and ticket handling
Basic understanding of SQL queries and database concepts (preferred)
Required Soft Skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a 24 7 production support environment with rotational shift schedules
Quick learner with genuine willingness to acquire new technologies and domain knowledge
